On the program this week we have a heroic tale about Shanghaiing.  If you are not familiar with the term it refers to the practice of kidnapping people to serve unwillingly as sailors. The story is a fun one and comes from the old time radio science fiction series Dimension X. It is a feel good story about the seedy world of Shanghaiing told in future tense.  The show is tiled Shanghaied and first aired on November 12, 1950.  Also, on the show we continue the new news segment and have an email from Fred that will … well…. you just won’t believe it.
