On Ron’s Amazing Stories we do have an amazing show. We have a review of an audiobook about The War Of The Worlds. Then we have three listener’s stories: A maid encounters a pushy ghost, a strange reflection at the beach, and a crazy blue orb encounters a little girl. We have a story from the 1940’s where a luncheon meets science fiction. We then end the show with a brief moment with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Featured Story - The Unseen Blushers
Our featured story comes from Astonishing Stories Magazine. It takes a look at the 1940’s Pulp Fiction writer from a unique point of view. It is a science fiction story written by Alfred Bester, winner of the inaugural Hugo Award in 1953. The story is titled The Unseen Blushers. It looks into the world of a fiction writer's social life and manages to tell a pretty good time travel story at the same time. It first appeared in the June 1942 issue of Astonishing Stories.
Other Stories Include - Blood Brothers, War Of The Worlds - Review, A Cleaning Horror, Reflections Of Me, The Swamp Orb, The Unseen Blushers, and Our Amazing Stories - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
