On this episode of Ron’s Amazing Stories, we have the one-liner King of Detectives, Pat Novak. If you like scripts that sting you’re going to love this one. Also, we have a strange story sent in by a listener from Bradbury, England and to complete the show this week we take a look at the the case of the “Clean Copper Clappers.” If you read the blog this week you know that we have a story from the Jack Webb catalog. He portrayed Pat Novak for Hire, which was classic old time radio show which ran from 1946-1948. Pat Novak was a street wise guy who rented boats and anything else a good man pays a bad one to do. Our story is called, Give the Envelope to John St. John, and it first aired on May 22, 1949.
